I'm Dave Halverson, and I started Maple Street in 2009 after a decade of watching big outfits push homeowners toward repairs they didn't need. We keep the crew small, the trucks stocked, and the pricing honest.
I bought a used van, printed some cards, and built the business on one rule — quote it like it's my own mother's house. Fifteen years later that rule still runs everything, and we've stayed small on purpose so the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up at your door.
Today it's a tight crew of licensed plumbers who live here, shop here, and run into you at the grocery store. That's exactly the accountability we want.
